To carry on its business in an organized and efficient manner, HGIH Pvt., Ltd. structured its operations into key strategic business lines such as Investment in Property, Selling, Leasing,Purchasing and in Infrastructure and Hospitality of Hotel and Resorts. Heaven Garden Infrastructure & Hospitality Pvt., Ltd delivered and sold Plots and Flats of Delhi Development Authority in 1989.In 2006 completely delivered Param Dham City in Chhata Mathura. Nest Rukmani City at Jewar Tappal with 4 acres land area ,Rukmani City in Chhatikara Govardhan,Vrindavan with 26 acres wide , are among HGIH Pvt.Ltd. project currently running. As of 2019, HGIH Pvt., Ltd is now on its managing owned resort Corbett Jungle Holiday Resort. The 6.5 acres resort is situated at famous Corbett National Park,Bail Parao Nainital.
