La Forketta Gastronomia Italiana was established in Singapore in 1993 as a restaurant serving truly authentic home-style Italian cuisine specializing in pasta dishes made only with home-made fresh pasta and authentic Italian pizza. Today due to its passionate effort to rediscover forgotten tastes of the Italian cuisine La Forketta has become a research project that selects unique products in order to recreate extraordinary recipes.
