every month for all from as young as 15 years to 80
years old and is a unique opportunity for those
interested in strengthening their body, mind and
nourishing their soul in the foothills of the Garhwal
Himalayas. Silent walks were originally set up in 2008
by people from the Indian Himalayas who loved to walk
from one place to the other with mindfulness to
reconnect with Mother Nature….!!
