We provide visa processing and related travel services to you in part through its website located at vcsdata.com (the "Websites") subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the "Terms of Service"). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

As soon as you complete your transaction towards your filled application form for flight bookings, hotel bookings, e-visa, tour packages or any other services from www.vcsdata.com, you give us a consent to proceed further to process and deliver your required services.
vcsdata.com cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. In such cases vcsdata.com may issue a credit note applicable to the future applications submitted through vcsdata.com.

vcsdata.com reserves the right to cancel payments or orders prior to the commencement of the delivery, without stating any reasons for the same. As soon as you apply, submit your documents and make a payment towards your visa application, you provide an express permission to commence the processing of an order immediately. Therefore, the services will have deemed to have been provided and you will lose the right to cancel your order.

If you cancel the service you opted and paid for then it may get entitled for a refund basis condition, wherein if the application is still not processed further to the respective department.
If your passport and other supporting documents were received by vcsdata.com and have already been submitted by vcsdata.com for processing at the time of cancelation you will not receive any refund; however, if the submission has not been made at the time of cancelation you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference of any fees paid, return shipping charges, and a processing charge.
If the customer has not shared his/her supporting documents and wish to cancel the request made, you will receive a partial refund.

However, the Company will not be responsible for any of the following events occurring with the visa issuing authority; Refusal to issue the Visa, Refusal to accept the application, Issuance of an incorrect Visa, Delay in processing e-Visa. Should the Company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the Company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement Visa or refund of all fees paid and the Company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares etc.
If you chose to apply for express service and we are unable to get your application processed in stipulated time frame, then we shall be liable only to refund the express fee amount.

Cancellation of Order will levy a pre-order processing charge of USD 70 per application.
If your application is rejected by the Visa issuing authority, vcsdata.com is unable to provide a refund and you will have to re-apply in accordance with the visa laws.
You may receive refunds in cases where vcsdata.com are unable to provide you with the service as stated in the contract.
Usually the refund is processed immediately as the order is cancelled. However, it may take 2 weeks for the customers to receive the money into their bank account which is used initially to place an order.

vcsdata.com does not guarantee in any way that your application will be accepted by the Visa issuing authority. Our service has been fulfilled once vcsdata.com has checked your online submission and submitted your application to the Visa issuing authority.

Booking will be confirmed only after receiving the complete payment. Payments are accepted in USD only.

Every applicant is responsible for conforming with and fulfilling any requirement in regard to the documents required by the country specific issuing authority.

vcsdata.com will not accept responsibility if an applicant is not eligible for the services requested, for incorrect/incomplete information provided by the applicant, for failure to provide supporting documents as and when required, or for any similar errors in relation to the visa application. vcsdata.com does not issue/approve visa on its own and is not affiliated to or part of any official or government body.

The pricing or services in this website are in keeping with the current standards for a given service. No reforms will be made on the pricing as stated on this website on the behest of an applicant.

If there should be a change in the pricing of a given service requested by an applicant, and it has already been dispatched by vcsdata.com, the original price at the time of placing the order will apply.

All prices are inclusive of taxes at the applicable rate.

You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by vcsdata.com or by any other vendor or service provider through vcsdata.com. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of services are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms and documentation required for the service fulfilment, which are subject to change without notice.

Processing time for the delivery of service requested are approximate and are based on processing times provided by the fulfilment department/partner or government under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when the documents are sent to vcsdata.com for further processing.

We may request additional documents or details for further processing of the service requested.

Required service may get delayed and/or denied for further processing at the sole discretion of the service provider without further explanations.

vcsdata.com will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.

vcsdata.com reserve the rights of user from time to time, in order to alter and/or introduce new and/or additional security measures unaccompanied by notice. In order to withdraw for the time being and/or limit the accessibility of vcsdata.com to any individual(s); and in order to do anything else that vcsdata.com believe indispensable to preserve the security and integrity of vcsdata.com and the information held in databases.

All service related documents are issued electronically and sent via email which is provided by you at the time of application submission.
